"Ali," who must become a doctor according to his mother's wishes, participates in the entrance exam year after year against his own will and fails each time. Eventually, he decides to find a way to escape this situation and marry his ideal girl. So, he pretends to be insane. Although this stops him from becoming a doctor, it leads to the girl's father opposing Ali's marriage.
